- Description
- Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below and described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at U.S. Naval Installations at Kanto plain, Japan by means ofcombination firm-fixed price (FFP) and indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ). The PWS is organized into annexes. Annex 1 is General Information. Annex 2 contains the on-site project management and administration requirements. Annexes 3 through 18 contain the technical requirements. The annex numbers are identified as 1 through 18 in the description column, but the full expanded annex numbers include seven digits (e.g., Annex 1 expanded number is 0100000 as shown in the header row at the top of this page). The work shall be performed at various locations and could vary from location to location. The following is an example of the dispersion of work at the various locations. (1) Oil Water Separator Cleaning Services: Various locations (2) Grease Trap Cleaning Services: Various locations (3) Exhaust Hoods / Ducts and Outside Air Ducts Maintenance and Cleaning Services: Various locations (4) Cooking Oil Collection Services: Various Location The Contractor shall maintain, repair, clean, and alter facilities, installed equipment and systems to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition The Contractor shall develop, implement, and execute a Service Order, Cleaning and Maintenance Program, and Other Recurring Service Program to maintain and repair facilities, installed equipment and systems. The Contractor shall perform service order work in a timely manner and ensure facilities, and installed equipment and systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and function properly.
