Market Survey Reference ID: DTFAAC-15-R-22229 NAICS: 336412 Aircraft Engine and Engine Parts Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Group (AMEG) has a requirement for an engine management program that covers approximately 14 of the FAA-owned PW305A aircraft engines currently installed on the FAA �s Learjet 60 flight inspection aircraft. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive engine management solution that provides maintenance services (preventative, routine, scheduled, unscheduled, ad hoc, emergency, etc) for aircraft engines in accordance with the attached requirement document. ---------------------------------------- HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS MARKET SURVEY: Interested contractors should submit the following information via email to the Contracting Officer at monica.price@faa.gov 1. CAPABILITY STATEMENT � Please identify: a) Type of engine management programs provided by your firm and level(s) of coverages offered b) Number of years in business c) Geographic area where your company can provide services d) Previous experience for work involving similar scope e) Brief summary of the capabilities of your company including availability of an established commercial engine management program for PW305A type aircraft engines f) Existing acquisition vehicles. Identify if services are offered on established government acquisition vehicle (such as GSA). 2. GENERAL PRICING INFORMATION � Include your commercial and/or published price lists or brochures (if available). Please provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) for a projected range of costs (example $$-$$$ power by the hour rates/per engine rates/per program). Detailed break-downs of cost data is not desired. 3. Completed Business Declaration Form. 4. Please include any comments or concerns that you have identified in regards to the requirements document. ---------------------------------------- The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendors expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from large businesses, small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms for innovative solutions that meet the statement of objectives.
