Market Survey Reference ID: DTFAAC-15-R-11119 NAICS: 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance Small Business Size Standard: $7.5M STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Group (AMEG) has a requirement for a ground equipment maintenance program to cover a variety of FAA-owned equipment. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive solution that provides maintenance services (preventative, routine, and ad hoc) for the equipment specified in appendix 1 of the attached requirements document. ---------------------------------------- HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS MARKET SURVEY: Interested contractors should submit the following information via email to the Contracting Officer at monica.price@faa.gov 1. CAPABILITY STATEMENT � Please identify: a) Type of maintenance and repair services provided by your firm and the equipment covered b) Number of years in business c) Geographic area where your company can provide services d) Previous experience for work involving similar scope e) Brief summary of the capabilities of your company including availability of an established commercial program f) Existing acquisition vehicles. Identify if services are offered on established government acquisition vehicle (such as GSA). 2. GENERAL PRICING INFORMATION � Include your commercial and/or published price lists (if available) or provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) for a projected range of costs (example $$-$$$ per month/per equipment/per program). Detailed break-downs of cost data is not desired. 3. Completed Business Declaration Form. 4. Please include any comments or concerns that you have identified in regards to the requirements document. ---------------------------------------- The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendors expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from large businesses, small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms for innovative solutions that meet the statement of objectives. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A PAGE LIMITATION OF TEN (10) PAGES MAXIMUM PER RESPONSE TO THIS MARKET SURVEY. THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST FOR GENERAL INFORMATION. EXCESSIVE SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT DESIRED.
