- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Armored Car Courier Service Response Date: 17 February 2015 at 8:00 AM MST Solicitation No: W9124R-15-T-0110 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-78, Effective 26 Dec 2014 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARS), current to DPN 20150115 (Effective 15 Jan 2015) Edition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses which can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. All responding vendors must be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract. Information to register in SAM can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov. All offerors must fill out the DFARS 252.209-7992 - Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law - DoD Appropriations (Deviation 2014-000006) (Feb 2014) and submit with quote. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W9124R-15-T-0110, which will result in a single-award, firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561613 - quote mark Armored Car Services quote mark with a size standard of $20.5 Million. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis and tradeoffs are not permitted. Award will be made on an all or none basis. An offeror must quote on all items in this solicitation to be eligible for award. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting Armored Car Services from Yuma, Arizona to the United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) Bldg. 300 to the Armed Forces Bank located at Thomas and Hart Street, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) in Yuma, Arizona. The service requires three (3) pickup times a week, Monday, Thursday, and Friday except for Federal Holidays. The service shall consist of pickup of one pouch, which will remain in your custody until the next scheduled pickup at USAYPG. The pouch picked up at Armed Forces Bank will be delivered to USAYPG on the next scheduled pickup and the cycle will start again. The pickup and delivery time shall be between the hours of 11:00 and 11:15 AM Mountain Standard (MST) and delivery to MCAS prior to 1:30 PM MST. No earlier or later times will be acceptable. The contractor shall provide all pouches, be licensed, bonded and assume full liability for the contents of each pouch picked up or delivered in performance of this contract. This contract will be awarded for a base year of 01 March 2015 through 28 February 2016 with four (1) one-year option periods. Offerors must provide a Unit Price and Total Extended Price (Net Amount) for all CLINs. Payment will be made by Government Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Arizona vendors are to include Arizona Privilege Tax. This RFQ closes on 17 February 2015 at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST). Reference RFQ W9124R-15-T-0110 on all inquiries.
