- This is not a request for solicitation at this time. The formal Solicitation will be posted in the near future. The Army Contract Command-New Jersey intends to solicit & award an acquisition for Snow Plowing services at the AMSA #8(G), 101 Remsen Street, Rotterdam, NY 12306-2184. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide the requested services. The period of performance will contain one base period of 12 months and four - 12 month options. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This acquisition is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561730 and the related small business size standard of $7.5 million. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered a request for proposal. Solicitation Number W15QKN-15-T-1104 is assigned for reference purposes. The entire solicitation will be made available via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the ASFI. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
