- Description
- The proposed procurement is for (1) NSN ( 4720-00-106-7360 ) and will be a FAR 15 Small Business Set-Aside procurement for an item made in accordance with a drawing. Full and Open Competition applies. All responsible approved sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. There is a complete data package - with no restrictions - to which the Government has rights. The Government CAGE associated with the drawing is CAGE 81349. This NSN does have a Contractor First Article Test requirement. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement is for a three-year base period with no options. Item is to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total shall not exceed three (3) years. Small Business size standard is 500 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery and Past Performance as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section ""M". This solicitation will open on or about February 11, 2015. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/.
