- Place of Performance Provision ACH Vendor Payment Form Business Management Questionnaire Cover Letter & Solicitation Document This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2185-15 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79. The North American Industry Classification System code is 326150 - Urethane and other foam product manufacturing, the SBA small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year with 4 options, firm-fixed-price Requirements type contract for the following commercial item: polyurethane foam, 1.8-Lbs/cu/ft density, 88" W, white, for use in the manufacture of bedding mattresses. The foam must be suitable for quilting to mattress ticking. The finished goods are for sale to the GSA and other federal agencies.
