Description

This procurement is being solicited as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) as unrestricted. Solicitation SPE300-15-X-0010 is designed to place market fresh bread and bakery items, all fully competitive items, on contract for various customers in Montana including Malmstrom AFB. Contract performance will be from May 24, 2015 through May 20,2017. The resultant award will be issued as an IDPO not to exceed 2 years or $150,000 aggregate value,whichever comes first. Prices quoted shall remain firm- fixed for the entire two year period. The resultant contract will be made based on price only. The offferor must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offeror takes exception to the terms and contitions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award.
