Description
The U.S. Government, specifically the BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS & EXPLOSIVES (ATF), requires a minimum of 2,738 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office, warehouse, parking, etc. space for personnel, furnishings and equipment in BLOUNTVILLE, TN. The term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety and accessibility requirements, and must comply with all agency specific requirements. A minimum of 7 parking spaces must be available for Government use. ATF currently occupies office and related space in a Federal building in Greeneville, TN, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space for a term of 10 years/ 5 years firm if economically advantageous in Blountville, TN. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
