Description

GSA e-Buy RFQ952539 replaces RFQ952461, Procurement of ONE (1) MANUAL TUBE AND PIPE BENDING MACHINE in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 14-11-1066 dated 8 October 2014. The contractor shall provide One (1) Manual Tube and Pipe Bending Machine, IUID, Technical Data, Mandrel Rod Solid, Tooling, and Shipping. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Quantity Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition. QAP 215a Applies. FOB at Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 70 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
