- Solicitation Number: AG-7335-S-15-0004 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office in Stillwater, OK will solicit for Wetland Reserve Program Restoration in Creek County, Oklahoma under AG-7335-S-15-0004 on approximately February 2, 2015. The work will consist of two WRP projects. The first site is a repair of a wetlands on a WRP easement including site clearing, debris removal, repairing embankment from excavated channel spoil material, placing geosynthetic turf reinforcement mat, placing and fertilizing solid sod bermudagrass, placing a temporary cover crop, fertilizing and planting vegetation on earthfill material, placing hay mulch. The second site is for construction/enhancement of wetlands on a WRP easement including site clearing, excavating two channels, excavating an existing pond dam, constructing an embankment from excavated channel spoil material, placing a temporary cover crop, fertilizing and planting vegetation on earthfill material, and placing hay mulch. The magnitude of the project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5mil. The Product Service Code is Z1QA. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Site visits will be publicized in the solicitation package. Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
