- Notice to Industry and Request for Information. Notice to Industry Previous description paragraph two and three has changed as described below: The KDAM ATARS users are represented by US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air Combat Command (ACC), and Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). The KDAM ATARS contract's mission is to be the total comprehensive source for Formal Training Unit (FTU) schoolhouse operations for unique crew positions across 6 Mission Design Series (MDS) aircraft and initial qualification training for AFSOC Special Operations Forces (SOF) aircrews, all training for ACC Personnel Recovery (PR) aircrews, all training for AFGSC Vertical Lift Aircrews in Nuclear Security Response, and all training for Convoy Support and AF District of Washington (AFDW) Vertical Lift Aircrews in Continuity of Government and Continuity of Operations. The baseline requirements of this contract are for aircrew instruction (initial/mission qualification, refresher, upgrade, and currency), student services, Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), concurrency management, Training Systems Support Center (TSSC), aircraft concurrency modifications to the aircrew training devices, courseware, support for Distributed Mission Operations (DMO), Database Generations Services (DBGS), and cybersecurity in support of this contract's mission.
