- SOURCES SOUGHT The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Footage (RSF) of real property space to yield up to approximately 9,999 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Knoxville, TN for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The space must be on no more than one (1) floor and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 50 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: I-40/I-75 West: Downtown West Blvd South: Gleason Drive NW East: - Morrell Rd A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
