- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for federal offenders housed at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Duluth, Minnesota. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services provided are expected to fall into general categories of Inpatient Facility Services, Outpatient Facility Services, Inpatient Physician Services, and Outpatient Physician Services. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622110 (Size Standard: $38.5 million). The anticipated contract type is indefinite delivery requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities are as follows for the base and four-one year option periods, if exercised: base year periods - estimated 160 inpatient days and 550 outpatient visits; option year one - estimated 176 inpatient days and 605 outpatient visits; option year two - estimated 193 inpatient days and 665 outpatient visits; option year three - estimated 213 inpatient days and 732 outpatient visits; and option year four - estimated 234 inpatient days and 805 outpatient visits. The solicitation will be made available on/or about February 16, 2015 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the website. The anticipated date of receipt of proposal is April 17, 2015, 1:00 p.m., Central Time. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contract for which they are eligible.
