Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) on the behalf of the VA Medical Center in Beckley, West Virginia is conducting market research through this RFI / Sources Sought Notice to seek contract sources for procurement Ventilators. The facility is request trade in credit for existing units. The requirement includes: 1.Rechargeable LI-ION Battery. MRF # 10086042. 6 EA. 2.PB980 Humidifier Bracket. MFR # 10086049. 6 EA. 3.PB980 Cylinder Mount. MFR # 10086050. 6 EA. 4.PB840 Five Day Service Seminar (BIOMED Training). 5.P8980 PED to Adult Standard Base. MRF # 980S1ENDIUUS. 6 EA. When responding please include your Dun and Bradstreet number or FSS/GSA contract number if you can provide the requested items under a contract. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
