- This is the modification of the DLA Land at Aberdeen Request for Proposal (RFP) issued on November 12, 2014, for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type of contract with an estimated maximum contract value of $554,748. This modification removed the total small business set-aside. The proposed action is for the acquisition of the Gear Assembly, Speed Reducer, NSN 3010-01-235-1879. This acquisition will include manufacturing the product, quality conformance inspections, and testing. A detailed drawing package for these items is available from the Army along with the existing TM for the Mast Group, Hydraulic-Pneumatic, OA-9054(V)4/G (TM 11-5985-368-12&P and TM 11-5985-368-34P). The subject requirement is issued unrestricted and the Government possesses a complete technical data package. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $25,000. FAR Part 15 will apply to this acquisition. All parties interested in doing business with Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) (ACC - APG (C4ISR)) and DLA Land at Aberdeen are invited to access the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi?ASFI_FAQ.cfm. Upon accessing this web page, look for the tab titled quote mark ASFI for Industry quote mark. Under the quote mark ASFI for Industry quote mark tab you will be able to: check for business opportunities by clicking on the Contract Opportunities Search link, receive notifications by clicking on the Vendor Notification Service link. Vendors cannot submit responses via the Vendor Bid History. Vendors can only view quote mark high level quote mark information regarding the response. No registration is needed for the Vendor to browse for business opportunities. For the Vendor to receive notifications he merely needs to provide company Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Email address. To submit a response the Vendor must provide the CAGE Code and Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN). Your company must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to submit bids/proposals on ASFI. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available. You must download solicitation documents from the ASFI.
