Description

Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Federal Trade Commission intends on awarding a contract on a sole source basis on or before January 28, 2015 to Cadapult LTD. Reference FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The prospective contractor shall provide Cadapult FM Suite software licenses, maintenance, support, configuration and training. The primary place of performance is at the Federal Trade Commission, Washington D.C. The FTC intends to execute this action as a sole source to Catapult LTD. Catapult LTD is the only company capable of providing Catapult FM integration, customization, and maintenance of the software support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 with the size standard of $27,500,000. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit technical capabilities, which, if received within fifteen calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by the FTC.
