Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a 'Brand Name or Equal' commercial contract for a Femtosecond Laser system for the VA Medical Center, Saint Louis, MO. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 12 January 2015.
