- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each Kit, V562 VISE/Accessories - UMC750 P/N: 5XV562-UMC, 1 each Montezuma Elite 17-Drawer Rolling Cabinet - 72 Inch W, Black, P/N BK7217MZ, 1 each Productivity Improvement: This course presents an overview of the HAAS IPS functions for milling centers P/N: HAASCNC 303-IPS, 1 each Productivity Improvement: This course presents an overview of proper techniques used while performing a milling set up and operation of 5 th axis the focus of the course will be on learning how to effectively set up and operate the machining center and the setup and operation of the trunnion table P/N: HAASCNC 505, 1 each PA Program will consist of 1 annual visit of all the major maintenance checks that are recommended by the machine manufacturer P/N: LOCALPA, 1 each NRL Tooling Package P/N: NRL_ALBRECHT, 2 each One-Lok Single Station CNC Vise P/n: NRL_CHICK, 1 each Sandvik Tooling Package P/N: NRL_SANDVICK_TPA, 2 each HAAS Certified Technician Daily Rate P/N: TECH, 1 each 15,000-RPM Spindle, 40 Taper, 30 HP (22.4 KW) Vector Drive P/N: 15K-40T-IN, 1 each Through-Tool Air Blast P/N: TAB, 1 each 160 MM (6.3") Tilting 2- Axis Trunnion Rotary Table P/N: TR160, 1 each Iuid Tag Plate P/N: IUID_TAG. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
