***ADENDUM*** Please note the following: - The Government reserves the right to issue more than one contract resulting from the solicitation. The Government anticipates award of no more than three contract awards as a result of the solicitation. A determination to make a split award will be based on the non-price factors and prices proposed on the identified CLINs if determined to be in the best interest of the Government. - Interested parties must have the capabilities to supply to all four (4) Naval Shipyards - The Just-in-Time delivery will be 72-hours with the exception of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY), which will have a longer lead time due to inspection/acceptance points. The specific Just-in-Time delivery requirement will be specified in the solicitation. - Order Limitations: Minimum order: When the Government reuires supplies or services covered by this contract in an amount of less than $50.0, the Government is not obligated to purchase, nor is the Contractor obligated to furnish, those supplies or services under the contract. Maximum order: The Contractor is not obligated to honor: -Any order for a single item in excess of $500,000.00; - Any order for a combination of items in excess of $500,000.00; or - A series of orders from the same ordering office within ONE (1) day that together call for quantities exceeding $500,000.00 New Deadline for Responses: 12:00PM EST on 14 January, 2015
