The purpose of this amendment is to include a response date/time of January 15, 2015 at 5PM EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract for Clinical Assessment, Reporting, and Tracking Program (CART) Services. The TAC intends to award a 12-month firm-fixed-price contract with two 12-month option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541512.
