- Draft Specification for Coast Guard Cutter HOLLYHOCK The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for sources which would be interested in performing dry-dock repairs for Coast Guard Cutter HOLLYHOCK (WLB 214). HOLLYHOCK is home ported in Port Huron, MI. The geographically restricted area for this requirement is the Great Lakes. This requirement is not a set aside and is unrestricted and open to any capable company within the geographically restricted area. Interested vendors should provide their drydock availability for a 10 day period of performance between January 15, 2015 to March 31, 2015. Repairs should take no longer than 10 days within this timeframe. Responses to this sources sought notice are due no later than January 9, 2014 at 12:00pm Pacific Time. Coast Guard Cutter HOLLYHOCK is a 225' Seagoing Buoy Tender. There are approximately 3 work items in the requirement and the draft specification is attached. All repairs will take place at the awarded contractor's dry-dock. All contractor dry-dock facilities must be approved and certified by the U.S. Coast Guard. If a vendor's dock is not certified it must be able to obtain certification. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 336611. Companies which would be interested in submitting a quote for this requirement should reply to this sources sought notice noting their business size status such as large business, small business, HUBZone etc.... Further if there are no past performance evaluations on file in the Past Performance Information System Retrieval database, contractors should provide a couple past performance references including the following information: contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers.
