Description

This acquisition is to establish an IDPO for NSN 4330-01-481-9949. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or around issue its date of 05 Jan 2014. Based upon market research, the Government will be using the policies contained in Part 13.5 Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Required delivery is 88 days. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
