- This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various surgical implants and supplies for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Mfr: Osteomed, LP. Requests for the supplies will be placed against the BPA as required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 339112. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to annette.t.pickering.civ@mail.mil. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
