- The purpose of the Industry Engagement Sessions is to a provide forum for ACC-Warren to disseminate information, and exchange feedback and build rapport with industry. Attendees will receive an hour presentation on a relevant topic, and then have the opportunity to engage key ACC-Warren personnel (Division Chiefs, key leadership, etc.) in an hour of Q&A discussion. We also intend to spend time on pertinent items of note to industry (major policy changes, conferences, etc). Sessions are free, and open to all industry regardless of NAICS classification. Key ACC-Warren leadership and personnel will be present at all sessions. Procurement/Source Selection sensitive information will not be discussed during this event. All sessions will be held at Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB). January Session Details Topic: Cost or Pricing Data Presenters: Rich Kulczycki Date: 27 January 2015 Time:0900 - 1200 Registration: https://contracting.tacom.army.mil/cfdata/conferences/form2.cfm Overview: Session will examine Cost or Pricing Data. Discuss why and when it is required, and exemptions for not providing it. Examine the differences between certified Cost or Pricing Data versus Other than Certified Data. Explore the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and what constitutes quote mark defective pricing quote mark. Discuss the key elements of an acceptable proposal.
