- NSN 1R-5340-015809040-GF, REF NR E10-23642-1, QTY 74 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. This is a sole source requirement. There are no drawings available at NAVSUP WSS. Upon bidding the offeror agrees to provide adequate documentation, upon request, in order to assist NAVSUP WSS with establishing fair and reasonable pricing. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be 'issued' by the Government when copies are either depositedin the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to 'issue' contractual documents as detailed herein. -SEE NOTES 9, 22, 26
