The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Smokejumper policy currently mandates one of two chutes, CR-360 being one for wildland firefighting. In accordance with FAR part 6.302-1(c)(1)(ii)(C) the justification is attached to this per-solicitation announcement and the solicitation. This announcement serves as notice to fufill public posting requirements in accordance with FAR part 5.101(1). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 314999.
