Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320, has a requirement to testing of the Electrical Power Distribution System and all of its components per the ANSI NETA MTS latest edition. Primary place of performance is the Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be one (1) year from date of contract award. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal constitutes the best value to the government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13. This acquisition will be is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 237130 with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is VA244-15-Q-0274. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about the week of December 29, 2014. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov).
