Description

Sole Source Letter of Intent 2 Sole Source Letter of Intent 1 This requirement calls for the maintenance warranty of VirTra Firearms Simulator Training System equipment that is already in place at the Combat Arms Range Complex Building 21308. Extended Bi-Annual service and maintenance agreement for Vandenberg AFB FA4610-30th CONS VirTra 300 MIL System, 100 MIL system and Accessories purchased on contract #GS02F0214P. This Service Agreement includes the following: telephone support, remote assistance, labor, parts, travel, software upgrades, overnight shipping, a bi-annual service and maintenance visit from a VirTra technician, and a 12 month renewal of their equipment warranty as well as on-call service to repair the equipment and replace parts.
