- Statement of Work dated 01 October 2014 SCA WD 2005-2043, Rev 17 dated 7/25/14 Tax Liability Form - must be submitted with quote The solicitation number is FA9302-15-M-L001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-79 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20141219. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is J059. NAICS is 811219 and the size standard is $20,500,000.00. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The Air Force Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following service: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to inspect for serviceability and to calibrate two NSN J035-03-ENG-SERV dynamic balancers manufactured by Gilman Engineering & Manufacturing Co. (Now known as ThyssenKrupp Krause Inc.) twice annually and to bring the machines sensitivity within original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Inspection of all connections, pickups, motor, braking system and photocell sensitivity. These machines are used for dynamic balancing of J85-5 and J85-21 engine compressor and turbine rotor assemblies. Performance shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment 1) dated 01 October 2014, standard commercial practices, applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. The Service Contract Wage Determination 2005-2043, Rev 17 dated 7/25/14 (Attachment 2) applies. This acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price award for services for the basic year with four one-year option periods. The periods of performance are: Basic: 05 January 2015 - 30 September 2015 Option Year 1: 01 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 Option Year 2: 01 October 2016 to 30 September 2017 Option Year 3: 01 October 2017 to 30 September 2018 Option Year 4: 01 October 2018 to 30 September 2019 Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. Evaluation and award will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
