- Part II DESCRIPTION / SPECIFICATIONS / WORK STATEMENT 1)Scope of Work: The purpose of this requirement is to provide service for the V.A. Police Fort Meade Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) BHHCS, South Dakota. The service provided shall be performed in such a manner as to assure the safety and welfare of patients, visitors and staff. The Fort Meade VAMC is located at 113 Comanche Road Fort Meade, South Dakota 57741. A.Work Requirement: Service Contract is to include P2000 Security Management System, Milestone Video Management System, Centurion Panic/Duress System and the Keywatcher Cabinet in addition to the integrations thereof. 1.The contractor shall provide a Certified Technician to perform all work on the P2000 Security management System, Milestone Video Management System, Centurion Panic/Duress System, and Keywatcher Cabinet. 2.Contractor shall provide labor for two (2) days per month to perform routine maintenance (general business day only. (Non-holidays or weekends.) 3.Contractor shall provide labor associated with any on-going service calls, troubleshooting and repair services. 4.Contractor shall provide emergency service requests for after hours, holidays, and weekends. 5.Contractor shall provide labor associated with equipment repair services and associated replacement cost for equipment deemed faulty. 6.Contractor shall provide new P2000 and Milestone Software releases. 7.Contractor shall provide Milestone Software Upgrade Plan Subscriptions. 8.Contractor shall inventory field device related equipment for use with repair services. 9.Contractor shall provide Monthly reports documenting all services provided. B. General Task Schedule: Contractor shall provide labor for repair/replacement services for the associated equipment and associated cabling infrastructure. Equipment pertains to any access control panel components, reader modules, power supplies, batteries, readers, request-to-exits, door-position-switches, electric strikes, magnetic locks, cameras, camera power supplies, surge protectors, servers, storage arrays, PDUs, security client workstations (as provided under the 2013 JCI CCTV Project), security monitors, PTZ consoles, keywatcher cabinet & components and Centurion panels & components. Labor shall include the following: ? Labor to provide/install software upgrades as made available by the respective manufacturer ? Labor to provide/install firmware upgrades as made available by the respective manufacturer ? Labor to provide/install Milestone Device Pack updates as made available by the respective manufacturer ? Labor associated with software configurations, adjustments and modifications as requested by the VA ? Labor associated with panel maintenance, inspection, battery replacements ? Labor associated with camera maintenance, adjustments and refocusing as needed ? Labor associated with system inspection and routine testing ? Labor associated with any maintenance associated task C. Excluded: ? Labor or equipment associated with new installations, system growth, extensions thereof or equipment furnishing not deemed as maintenance. ? Upgrades and/or repair services to any server or client workstation that falls beyond 5 years of the original purchase date. Contractor shall work with the VA to coordinate and budget these upgrades. ? Labor, equipment furnishing or repairs associated with any network/I.T. related component or network switch of which falls under the services of the I.T. Department. D.Government -Furnished Property and Services: None FAR Clause 52.245-4 Government-Furnished Property (Short Form) contains the basic requirements for the operation, maintenance and protection of government property. Below are some key government properties relevant to this contract. ID any Government Furnished Property provided to the Contractor: Contractor Badge, and PIV.
