Description

Fillable Bio Data Form Solicitation MCC-15-RFQ-0029 The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has a requirement to hire a full-time Personal Service Contractor (PSC) to support MCC's Department of Policy and Evaluation - Monitoring and Evaluation (DPE-M&E). The major duties and responsibilities of the PSC is to complete a number of economics analysis tasks, notably conducting and reviewing growth diagnostics (constraints analysis) and developing and producing guidance documents, policy recommendations, research, and analysis in relation to MCC's use of growth diagnostics (constraints analysis). The position is for one-year, renewable for up to four years at the sole discretion of the government. The duty location is Washington, DC. More than one position may be filled under this announcement. Travel may be required.
