Description

Contractor shall provide quality control material needed to ensure reliability and precision of instruments used in the Chemistry Department. Per accreditation agencies (CAP, JCAHO) quality material must be performed before the releasing of patient results. Include data management software for automated quality control data sharing. SUPPLIES SHOULD NOT BE ORDERED OR SHIPPED AT ONCE. ORDER TO BE CALLED BY THE LAB AS NEEDED. This contract is for a Base Year with four one (1) year options.
