- U.S. GOVERNMENT GSA Public Buildings Service General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Miami Delineated Area: North:Starting NORTH at the intersection of NE 17th TER and S. Biscayne Blvd., continue WEST to the intersection of NE 17th TER and NE 2nd Ave.in the city of Miami (Miami-Dade County). West:WEST at the intersection of NE 17th TER and NE 2nd Ave., SOUTH along NE 2nd Ave. to NW 2nd St., WEST on NW 2nd St., SOUTH on NW 3rd Ave., EAST on SW 4th St., SOUTH on SW 1st Ct., WEST on SW 1st Ave. to the intersection of SW 1st Ave. and SW 15th Rd., in the city of Coconut Grove (Miami-Dade County). South:SOUTH at the intersection of Aviation Ave. and S. Bayshore Dr. in the city of Coconut Grove (Miami-Dade County). East:EAST at 15th Ave. and the intercostal (Biscayne Bay) waterway, NORTH along the intercostal (Biscayne Bay) waterway to NE 17th TER. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 48,267 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 48,267 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 4 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: At a minimum the offered space must be in a building that has earned the Energy Star label in the most recent year or will have obtained it prior to lease award, unless the offered space meets a statutory exception. Offered space must be in close proximity to public transportation. A commuter rail, light rail, or bus stop shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding ½ walkable mile. A loading area with double doors or an overhead door must be available in the building in which the space is offered for the handling of pallet sized loads. The loading area is not required to be above-grade. The public entrance to the building must be located more than 300 walkable feet to schools (K-12). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Miami, FL, that will be expiring.
