- THIS IS AN UPDATED DRAFT RFP, DATED 23 DECEMBER 2014. THIS IS AN UPDATED DRAFT RFP, DATED 23 DECEMBER 2014. This acquisition is one of four multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA ID/IQ) vehicles supporting Counter Narcotics (CN) efforts worldwide and administered by either the Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command Contracting and Acquisition Management Office (ACC-RSA USASMDC/ARSTRAT CAMO, or CAMO) or the Air Force (AF) Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC) Counter Narcotics and Global Threats Division (CN>). The scope of these MA ID/IQ contracts is unique to each ID/IQ requirement; however, there may be some areas of unavoidable overlap based on the nature of underlying Task Order (T/O) requirements. FA4890-14-R-0023 is for CN> Operations and Logistics Support Services. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources at this time to determine what resources are available and if there are capable small businesses for a Total Small Business set-aside or a Pool for Small Businesses. Interested Small Business concerns are highly encouraged to respond to this request. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541210 with a size standard of $35.5M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 541210 in SAM (System for Award Management) at www.sam.gov. Also in this notice is information regarding Industry Day. Further information regarding the details of the Industry Day will be posted to FBO. The CN & GT Ops & Log Org Box will be provided in the next couple of days.
