- Amendment 0001 12/22/2014 Amendment 0001 added. Copy attached. *** DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure a Horizontal Universal Milling Machine. The solicitation will result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion required in 60 days ARO Request for Quote SPM4A8-15-Q-0023 is Full and Open Competition. A complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB-14-11-1084 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination The solicitation will issue on 12/10/2014 and close on 12/31/2014. Award will be issued under the guidance of FAR 13.5 as part of the Time to Award Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.. A copy of the solicitation is attached.
