- Mission and Installation Contracting Command(MICC)Fort Eustis, Vessels Division, Fort Eustis, Virginia, anticipates awarding a competitive Firm-Fixed Price, multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods to provide employees/facilities for Programmed and Unprogrammed Drydocking, Cleaning, Painting, Repairs and Modifications of U.S. Army Active and Reserve watercraft stationed at Tacoma, Washington; Port Hueneme, California; and Bishop's Point, Hawaii, in support of the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) and the Watercraft Inspection Branch (WIB). The vessels are located at various sites, to include: Tacoma, WA, Port Hueneme, CA and Bishop's Point, HI. There are 17 vessels on the West Coast; three (3) Logistics Support Vessels (LSV 1/6); one (1) Logistics Support Vessel (LSV 7/8); four (4) Landing Craft Utility (LCU-2000); one (1) Large Tug (LT-800); four (4) Small Tugs (ST-900); one (1) Crane Barge Derrick (BD-6800); one (1) Barge, Deck Cargo (BC), one (1) Barge, Gasoline (BG), and one (1) Barge, Deck Cargo, Nonpropelled, Steel, Sectionalized, Nesting (BK). The area of consideration for this procurement will be United States West Coasts from and including Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii. Qualifications are based on the contractor's ability to obtain an Army Master Vessel Agreement (MVA) in accordance with DFARS Subpart 217-71-Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels. The anticipated solicitation posting date is on or about 20 January 2015. The applicable NAICS code is 336611, Ship Building and Repair, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All documents including the solicitation, W911S0-15-R-0002, and all amendments to the solicitation will be obtainable via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
