This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is PSC146060. (iii) This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79. (iv) This is a Small Business Set Aside. (xv) Brand Justification: FOIAXpress is an integrated suite of products, that meets numerous and interrelated requirements of the PSC FOIA office. Currently, interaction between various solutions is required to complete FOIA requests with much of the tracking and processing work still being done manually. FOIAXpress software provides solutions for advanced dynamic case management, correspondence management, with integrated document and records management, eFOIA processing, workflow management and related scanning and redaction functions. FOIAXpress will reduce complexity in the FOIA request process and enable analysts to complete requests in a timely manner and reduce backlog of requests. FOIAXpress is fully compatible with the Outlook accounts of the users and has a retention schedule function that assists with efficient FOIA records management compliance. FOIAXpress also offers redaction software that replaces text entirely rather than layering over it, enhancing the security of released documents.
