Description
FA2517-15-T-6000 - Mobile Radar Detection System Attachment 4 - Additional Terms & Conditions Attachment 3 - Evaluation Factors Attachment 2 - Contractor Submittal Form Attachment 1 - Specifications In accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.603(c)(2) - Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, the following is submitted for this Request for Quote: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA2517-15-T-6000, Mobile Radar Detection System, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado (PAFB). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-78. (iv) This requirement will be set aside 100% for small business under the NAICS code 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes received. (v) The following is a list of contract line item numbers (CLINs) and items, quantities and units of measure: (see Attachment 2 - Contractor Submittal Form). (vi) The following is a list of descriptions of requirements for the items to be acquired : (see Attachment 1 - Specifications). (vii) The place of delivery will be: 233 rd Security Forces Squadron, Greeley, Colorado. Delivery shall be FOB Destination and delivered 120 days After Receipt of Order (see Attachment 2 - Contractor Submittal Form). (viii) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code, 334511 applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered (see Attachment 3 - Evaluation Factors). (x) FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with Alternate I, is applicable to this acquisition. All vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) ( www.sam.gov ) at the time of quote submittal (see Attachment 2 - Contractor Submittal Form(s)). (xi) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (xii) FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (DEVIATION 2013-O0019). See Attachment 4 - Additional Terms & Conditions for full-text or http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. (xiii) Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating do not apply to this acquisition. (xiv) Attachment 2 - Contractor Submittal Form(s) must be fully completed and submitted with the offeror's quote. Quotes are due via e-mail no later than 4:00 PM MST, 22 January 2014. All questions shall be submitted to the contacts listed below no later than 4:00 PM MST, 15 January 2014. All communications with the requiring activity concerning this solicitation shall cease until the award is announced. During this period, interaction is only allowed with the Contract Specialist, Team Lead and Contracting Officer.
