- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-15-T-5002, Request for Proposal. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-18, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311. The size standard is 500. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3448. The Federal Service Code is 8145. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES: The 140th Maintenance Group at the Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley AFB, CO is requesting ISU-90's including the following part numbers and quantities: 1 ISU90KCI Desert Tan w/ Hazmat panel 56233032 quantity 4 each 2 Shelf Assembly 50002134 quantity 32 each 3 Tall Divider 50002145 quantity 4 each 4 Short Divider 50002158 quantity 4 each 5 Full Load Freight 3-5 containers 99999026 quantity 1 each Prospective bidders must submit a technical specifications sheet. ATTN: Prospective bidders shall submit their bid along with Representations and Certifications by Email to: jacob.geroux@ang.af.mil or by fax at (720) 847-9136.
