- Solicitation VA251-13-R-0062 is for Yale Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) for providing Primary Care and Mental Health Services in a private hospital, office or clinic environment to veterans primarily residing in residing Sanilac County; Macomb County; and St. Clair County, Michigan. The parent facility for this CBOC is the John D. Dingell VAMC (JDDVAMC) in Detroit, Michigan. The CBOC must have the necessary professional medical staff, diagnostic testing and treatment capability, and referral arrangements needed to ensure continuity of health care. The proposed CBOC, at a minimum, shall provide one standard of care that must be consistent, safe and of high quality.
