Attachment 3: Price Proposal Template Attachment 2: Requirements Document Attachment 1: Complete RFP Letter The Government requests a proposal to provide a variety of supplies and services in support of Fusion Piston Exercise. All items will be procured under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) arrangement, except for fuel, which will be reimbursed via a time and materials CLIN (per gallon). Background: JIATF West is a leader in providing Department of Defense (DoD) support for CN/CD initiatives within USPACOM AOR by supporting U.S. and PN law enforcement agencies in detecting, disrupting and dismantling transnational criminal organizations in the AOR. The success of the contract will aid in quantifying the efforts made by PN law enforcement, U.S. law enforcement agencies (LEA), U.S. military, and DoD civilian personnel. JIATF West leads planning groups, coordinates the staffing of supporting plans, and participates in interagency planning and intelligence support. Requirement Description: The contractor shall provide materiel, and services to support JIATF West in conducting U.S. and Partner Nation law enforcement training for counterdrug and drug-related activities. The contractor shall provide support in the Philippines to meet JIATF West mission requirements in supporting U.S. and PN Counter-Narcotics and Counter-Drug (CD) related initiatives within the U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
