NDAs SEC's Clauses Pricing SOW Combined Synopsis SF1449 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services associated with serving as Trustee and Custodian to hold assets for eligible SEC employees who are enrolled in a new defined contribution retirement plan under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code (referred to herein as the 'Plan' or as the 'Supplemental Retirement Plan'). This will be in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 15 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
