- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation W912JB-15-T-4005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78. (IV) This acquisition is being solicited as restricted (Small Business Set-Aside) with Subject to the Availability of Funds as fiscal funding is currently unavailable. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110; Standard Industrial Classification code is 7011; Small Business size standard is $7.0 Million Dollars. (V) SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: Requirement is for non-personal services to provide all items and services necessary for lodging, conference rooms and meals for Selfridge Air Guard Base, MI. Yellow Ribbon Pre-Deployment Event scheduled for 10-11 (Sat & Sun) January 2015 a venue within 50 miles of Selfridge Air National Guard Base (Mount Clemens, MI.) area. CLIN 0001: Lodging Rooms, (MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH HOTEL & MOTEL FIRE SAETY ACT OF 1990), Qty- 140 rooms with check in on 10 January 2015 (Saturday) and check out on 11 January 2015 (Sunday). CLIN 0002: Conference Rooms, Qty-4 (Adults) Qty-3 (Kids) Total of 7 conference rooms. Required 10-11 (Sat & Sun) January 2015 CLIN 0003: Refreshments, Hot Breakfast and Lunch for approximately 400 Adults and 100 children 11 January 2015 (Sunday) (Refer to attached PWS for details) CLIN 0004: Audio and Visual Equipment and other amenities charges not included within the venue. *** Refer to PWS for Detailed Requirements and Services*** Quotes should be submitted with pricing according to each individual CLIN listed above. (VI) This solicitation is for Lodging, Conference Rooms and Meals for 10-11 (Sat & Sun) January 2015 Yellow Ribbon Pre-Deployment Event to be held at a venue within 50 miles of Selfridge Air National Guard Base (Mount Clemens, MI.) area. (VII) Period of Performance: 10 January thru 11 January 2015 (FOB point is Origin) (VIII) The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial in its latest edition applies to this solicitation. (IX) The clause FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: (1) Availability of Requested Requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (2) Price, (3) Venue Location and (4) Cancellation Policy. The Government intends to award a contract without discussions and respective offerors. The Government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the best interest of the Government. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the email address noted below not later than, 4:00 P.M. EST, 30 December 2014. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing.
