- This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be a Design-Build General Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for future construction/alteration/repair requirements. This MATOC will primarily support Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC) Tracy, California, but can be used throughout the USACE South Pacific Division. The estimated cost range is between $300,000 and $2,000,000 for each task order. The aggregate not-to-exceed value amount for this MATOC is $45 million. The possible period of performance is five years (three years and one two-year option). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code Y1JZ, NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard for this NAICS code is $36,500,000. The RFP is anticipated to be posted on or about 16 January 2015. The site visit/pre-proposal conference date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) once the Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued.
