- The U.S. Army Reserves currently has a requirement for Snow/Ice Removal Services at the Binghamton United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), 881 Stanton Hill, Nichols, NY 13812. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that snow/ice removal services. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be a twelve (12) month base with four (4) 12 month options. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings). The small business size standard for this NAICS is $7,500,000.00. This pre-solicitation is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 22 December 2014. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
