- Bid Schedule Instruction to Offerors This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15-MSHA-OTS-NAT-0021 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, $11.0 M, Management Development Training. Only qualified Offerors will be considered. Period of Performance: The base period of performance will be 12 months from the date the contract is awarded with 4 option period of 12 months to allow for all options to be exercised and performed within that time period depending on scheduling and availability of funds. Quotes must be received by Michael Robinson, Contract Specialist, no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on January 7, 2015. Quotes will be accepted by e-mail at robinson.michael.2@dol.gov. Electronic quotes must be submitted in a format compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe. Quotes must be valid for a period of 45 days and include enough information for the Government to make a determination that the Contractor can responsibly deliver the required training. All questions on this requirement must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Robinson.michael.2@dol.gov by December 30, 2014 at 12:00 pm (EST). Any questions for which answers can be provided may be conveyed to prospective Offerors by amendment to this RFQ on or around January 2, 2014, without reference as to the originating source. Phone calls will not be accepted.
