- The Army Contracting Command (ACC) New Jersey (NJ) Fort Dix, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), intends to award a sole source contract to Immix Technology, Inc. 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102. The Contractor shall provide Serena Software Renewal Maintenance for Dimensions Concurrent Maintenance (CM) to Product Director Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PD ALTESS) located at Radford Army Ammunition Plant; Radford, VA. The requiring activity utilizes Serena Software renewal maintenance for Dimensions CM to provide uninterruptable 24x7 operational capabilities for existing infrastructure. Market research was previously conducted and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of Performance commencing 12 months after contract award. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334111 with a size standard of 1,000. The notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotations and no Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued for competitive quotes. Interested parties may express their interest and provide capability statement NLT 23 December 2014, 12:00 PM EST. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
