Description

P15PS00226 Mesa Verde National Park Savin Copier Maintenance. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The National Park Service intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with San Juan Copy Systems, Inc., 278 Sawyer Dr Ste 9, Durango, CO 81303-7904 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The intent of the National Park Service is to establish a purchase order using firm fixed prices for full service maintenance agreements for existing Savin Copiers throughout the park. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at randy_sadler@nps.gov. All comments received before 4:30 pm MT January 15, 2015 will be considered.
