- Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with WinEstimator, Inc., 19450 88th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032 for 6 each 2013 WINEST US ARMY Corporate License Bundles and 6 each optional RS Means Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Concrete, Site/Landscape and Repair & Remodeling Cost data line item with assemblies under 10 U.S.C. 2304 and 41 U.S.C. 253, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
